Sitting Room -
the heart of the hotel is the sitting room. A grand room with original cotto flooring and an inviting log fire for the cooler winter evenings. It is decorated in soothing shades of green and comfortably furnished with an eclectic mix of furniture. An ideal place to chat, unwind with a book, take morning coffee or afternoon tea or to enjoy pre and post

Swimming Pool
– situated in the landscaped gardens is our inviting pool where you can relax and take in the panoramic views across the countryside. Open June to September.

Parking
– as we are situated in the historic centre of the town we have a limited number of dedicated parking spaces which are available only to guests who are staying in the hotel. Additional parking is available in the central piazza of Montelparo which is a two – three minute walk away. Guests are advised to drive to the main entrance of the hotel to drop off their luggage and then to proceed to the piazza if the dedicated parking spaces are unavailable.

– broadband internet connection is available in all bedrooms and suites. WiFi is available in all public areas.
Laundry
– 48 hour laundry service is available and can be arranged through reception.
