Deposit & Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The following methods of payment are accepted as a deposit / guarantee for the room: bank transfer, credit card, cheque, cash, travellers cheque.
Payments are to be made on the date(s) and in the amounts as specified at the time of booking.
Any additional charges due to Hotel Leone for services provided shall be paid by the Client upon presentation of an invoice.
Cancellation & Non-Arrival Policy
All cancellations will incur a €20 booking and administration fee. A full refund less the booking and administration fee will be given for all cancellations up to 14 days of arrival. Any cancellations made within two weeks of arrival date will result in a loss of the 25% deposit. The guest will be liable for the full cost for any cancellation made within 48 hours of arrival unless the room can be resold. In the event that the guest does not arrive the guest will be liable for the full cost of the room.
Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 3pm onwards on the day of arrival.
Rooms must be vacated no later than 11am on the day of departure. Additional charges may be applied to the guest account for later departures, the hotel may charge 50% of the full published rate of the room for additional use until 6pm and 100% of the full published rate after 6pm.
Animals are not permitted unless assisting guests with disabilities.
Extra foldaway beds are available at an additional charge of €40 per night. We are able to provide baby cots for children up to two years of age for no additional charge.
