Deposits & Cancellations: 

Deposits – all bookings require a non-refundable 25% deposit
Final Balance – the balance is due eight weeks before the date of arrival.  If booking within the eight week period the full balance is due at the time of booking
Insurance – we strongly advise that you take out your own travel insurance and it is the responsibility of each guest to arrange adequate insurance.

Cancellation by You:

A handling fee of €75 per person will be levied for any cancellations made by you.   In addition if you cancel:

  • 4 to 8 weeks before the date of arrival 40% of the total cost is payable
  • from 2 to 4 weeks before the date of arrival 60% of the total cost is payable
  • Up to 2 weeks from the date of arrival 100% of the total cost is payable

Cancellation by Us:

HOTEL LEONE reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any retreat / holiday if the minimum number of participants for the event has not been met within 60 days of the date of arrival and all monies paid by you will be refunded.  We will endeavour not to cancel a holiday unless absolutely necessary or events occur beyond our control but we do reserve the right to do so.

If a tutor is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to, illness or accident we reserve the right to use another suitable tutor.

If a retreat / holiday is cancelled by us you will have the option to transfer to another similar retreat / holiday and, if not acceptable, a full refund will be made.

We strongly advise guests to buy refundable flight tickets.  In the (unlikely) event that we cancel a retreat / holiday, please note that no refunds will be made on your flights or any related fees in case of cancellation by us or by you.

Changes Made by Us:

Occasionally, we have to make changes to some of the retreat / holiday details and we reserve the right to do so.
