Enjoy the delights of real hands on experience by learning to cook your own fresh pasta, gnocchi and pizza in a professional catering kitchen and afterwards you will sample your creations complete with a glass or two of local wine.
The agriturismo has its own fruit and vegetable plot and grows all its own herbs that are used in the dishes. A typical lesson will include the basics of making and shaping pasta, rolling out your own gnocchi and baking a pizza.
The lessons lasts around 4 hours and you will get to grips with basics or improve your existing Italian cooking techniques. We can tailor make your course to suit your individual needs or experiences.
